Like NOI and IRR, Cash on Cash is a return metric – which is the most important for core institutional investors in german real estate market. Please find 2-4 sources for this.

For the Opportunistic, core and value add section you can use the Ron Kaiser source provided.

The literature review you did so please summarise briefly and draw a conclusion like asked.

For the methodolgy part i dont want you to create the data i just want the ACADEMIC APPROACH to Qualitative Data collection and Expert Interviews to be outlined – please dont create data (i conducted the expert interviews and am writing this part myself).
