IP5-Bottom-Up Approach to Cybersecurity Order Description   Primary Task: Write 500 words that respond to the following questions with your thoughts, ideas, and comments. Be substantive and clear, and use examples to reinforce your ideas.   This week, you will develop a matrix showing the following:   1.Cost of cyber crime to victims (individuals, businesses, and national governments) 2.The punishment awarded to convicted offenders.   3.The cost of incarceration per year, per offender.   ---To complete this task you will have to conduct some independent research into the cost of incarceration within your own state, as well as for those in different levels of federal detention.   Note: Be careful about the statistics that you use.
