Early Sunday morning you depart from the Cayman Islands heading to Houston in a Boeing 737.Soon after you reach a cruise altitude of 37,000 feet you are informed by the senior flight attendant that a 32 year old male is complaining of severe joint pain of his knees and shoulders.
