Key elements that constitute leadership

      Experience shows us that all managers must be leaders. Based on your experience, what key elements constitute leadership? Give an example of a time you saw successful leadership and an example of time you saw failed leadership. Why was one type of leadership style successful and the other was unsuccessful? How do you determine successful from unsuccessful leadership? Are there a few general concepts applicable to all situations, or can the same activities result in successful leadership in some firms and unsuccessful leadership in other firms?
