Order Description Description of Assignment: The assignment must identify the culture and values of a team and the way in which different leadership style must be improvised in order to enable the team to be successful. The assignment must assess at least two teams in terms of values, motivators and culture and to assess the appropriate leadership style which is best suited to lead that team and explain why. (What constitutes a good assignment?): A good assignment will reflect critical thinking and analysis of two teams using the models provided plus the assessment of at least two leadership approaches and the selection of and reason for which approach would be most successful.
