On page 62 of your textbook (attached) are a list of traits that are very respected by millennials. The traits of leaders are as follows: Own and live the company values Communicate openly and early Inspire people to reach higher Own their mistakes Recognize big wins, small wins, and hard work Trust people Make the right decision, not the popular decision Add value to their teams, helping them to succeed Have the courage to be genuine and visible Take care of people Instructions: Reflect on the traits of leaders listed above and determine your leadership and managerment skills. Then, answer the following questions: Do you have a good understanding of your personal strengths and weaknesses? What are your top three strengths and are you using them on a regular basis? Do you recognize your weaknesses and have you found a means of compensating for these? When dealing with colleagues are you honest and genuine and are you visible about your intentions and desires when dealing with these colleagues.
