Leadership effective

Often when we think of a leader we think of people in a leadership position like an elected official, head of an organization or captain of a team. However being a leader is more then just having a position it is about the character traits we demonstrate on a regular basis. Assignment: 1. Listen to the following TED Talk. Ted Talk: Everyday Leadership Drew Dudley's talk details his "lollipop moment" in which he believed the leadership he exhibits everyday changed the course of a person's life. As you listen think about everyday moments where you might have impacted someone's life or someone impacted yours. 2. Reflect on the talk and write a written response addressing the following questions. Have you had a lollipop moment? If so, what was it? Did you ever tell the person involved? If you haven't had a lollipop moment describe a time in which you have demonstrated leadership. Was your leadership effective?
