Leadership in SME and the current economic crisis in trinidad and tobago

Paper details: Results of the questionnaire are attached. The questions are in liked style and the responses are captured. Each leadership style should be analysed in relation to SME success. SME success has been defined in the literature review which I will also send you. Additionally there are 6 semi-structured or open ended questions from which I have generated themes. A thematic analysis should be done on the semi-structured interviews Please ensure that the results and analysis are consistent with the literature review Results should be presented on tables, graphs and charts (pie chart etc) Results and analysis should start from the questions on leadership.. No need to do the demographic The results from the question on how long the business has been in operation should be presented in tables and graphs. 23 entrepreneurs reported that they were in business for more than 10 years, 6 reported that they were in business for more than 10 years and 11 reported that they were in business for 5 years and less. This question should be analysed examine all the leadership styles in the results in relation to the particular styl impact on SME success. Based on the analysis what ever is not in the literature review I will add.
