Leading Health Indicators

Choose one leading health indicator and write a 1–2-page paper in which you outline an implementation program you might develop as a health care administrator, on a local level, to address the indicator at all levels of the socioecologic model. In your implementation plan outline, complete the following: Analyze the socioecologic context of the health indicator. Identify the current practices in place for the identified health indicator. Evaluate any weakness or gaps in current programs. Propose a program for addressing those gaps. Assess the role leadership will play in initiating this change. Determine what data would be necessary to show success.
