Legal Cases (Youth Ministry)

One area that those who are engaged in Campus Ministry or those who are exploring Campus Ministry, is the legal side of things. One does not have to look far, when it comes to the implications of the courts on public education. So while our intent is not to be adversarial, Campus Ministry needs to be aware of those legalities that impact public education, as well as the impacts on the way Campus Ministry is to be practiced. In some situations, the legalities could be fluid, while other cases tend to be benchmarks. So some familiarity would be frugal for anyone involved in Campus Ministry.
