LEGAL LIABILITY

    Prepare a written plan containing the following information: 1. INTRODUCTORY PARAGRAPH. Write an introductory paragraph with a thesis sentence. 2. BODY – PART 1: HYPOTHETICAL COMPANY. Create a hypothetical company. Describe the company: name, purpose, location, size, etc. Also, include any other important information about the company. 3. BODY – PART 2: LEGAL LIABILITY #1. • Choose one employment-related legal liability (ie: discrimination, harassment, etc.) pertaining to this company that we have discussed this term and describe how and why it is a concern for your hypothetical company; • Discuss what can be done to avoid or reduce the company’s risk with regard to this legal liability; and • Describe what can be done after an incident involving this legal liability arises to mitigate (reduce) the damage (cost) to the company.
