Therefore, Dr. Rhea set out to provide an enriching environment centered around accountability and support while also encouraging creativity and innovation within the classroom setting. Method The design of the study was based on creating a “learn-by-doing” approach that allowed students to engage with their curriculum by using interactive software programs such as Google Classroom or Khan Academy. Additionally, teachers were given access to online resources such as BrainPOP which provided them additional materials for further instruction. Furthermore, Dr. Rhea developed a teacher mentor program aimed at providing weekly feedback sessions where teachers could receive constructive criticism from experienced educators within their district or region – this helped ensure implementation remained consistent across all participating schools. In terms of measurement instruments used during data collection; researchers evaluated student performance via standardized tests results before/after implementation as well as conducted surveys with the families involved in order assess whether they saw any improvement at home too.
