Literature Review

    Order Description   Develop a literature review of developmental or combined developmental/community approaches.\     conduct a thorough review of the literature pertinent to their topic.   Key steps that should be taken in this literature review include identifying a general area of interest and reading the literature in the relevant area. You should then review and critique the relevant literature and develop a strong rationale for your recommendation. This assessment does not have to be 'real'. But it should be based in 'reality'. And have an Australian focus. 1. Developmental approaches are the things learning about in this course. It cannot be 'any form of intervention'. Yes, it should target risk factors and developmental pathways. 2. Yes, you get to choose which problem you're attempting to address. 3. No it does not have to be a developmental systems approach. You should be focussing on reviewing literature which has evaluated developmental prevention programs targeted at the problem you have decided to focus on. It cannot be 'any' intervention. It needs to take a developmental approach. Identify the theory that underpins the research you discuss and the recommendations you make.
