MacDonalds sustainable supply chain

Order Description The key aspect of your work in your third year is critical analysis. This summative presentation is your place to demonstrate this. You should not seek to duplicate all the analysis that you have included in your summative report, but critic key points of your analysis you justify as being most important. The project has three elements: an analysis of your chosen company's supply chain, in particular from a sustainability perspective and two project plans, focused on improving the sustainability of an aspect of the analysed supply chain, one of which has to be logistical. Clearly you need to touch on all three components of your project in your presentation. You should critic your analysis of the company's supply chain, and for the project plans, you should critic your options appraisal and your resource, time-line and risk management proposals.
