    Order Description   1. SWOT Analysis (pages 124) is one of the most used management theories used in business. Pick any company, use the one where you work if you want to impress your boss, but you can pick any organization you wish. Look at each of the four sections (strength, weakness, opportunity and threat) and describe, with examples, what their analysis would be. Be specific – do not just say revenue was up, say it was up 3% - 7% each year for the last five years. Points are 5 points for each of the four areas for a total of 20 points.     2. After reviewing your SWOT analysis, write a 5 year strategic plan. Where should the organization be 5 years from today.
