Managing Human Resourcing Strategy

Assessment: You have been asked to write a report for your HR Director, analysing current practices in HR within your company, recommending change where necessary. The report should draw on the theory developed in the 1st essay (assessment 1 attached) but must focus on applying this knowledge to a chosen ‘case study’ organisation in support of your analysis. You are asked to evaluate how the human resourcing policy is strategically integrated within your chosen organisation. Critique the effectiveness of the organisations recruitment and selection practices in relation to both a competency and diversity approach. Make recommendations for change if applicable.
