The assignment requires a report to be written on any local organisation to explore its operations
functions. The tasks include to identify and analyse the key processes of the organisation, a critical
discussion of its operational efficiency goals, quality management practices and identify and justify
any improvements or suggestions to the organisation’s operations approaches drawing from
various operational strategies, tools or techniques taught in this module.
