Managing Professional Life (Community Education) Order Description   Managing Professional Life Targets, Goals & Evaluation Task (Individual Task) You have been invited to tender, as a freelance worker, to run a staff training session on target setting and evaluation. You are to prepare a proposal in the hope of being offered the work. 1. briefly describe the project (no more than one page or 250 words) which you outlined in group task 1 which will be the focus of the evaluation. What were the goals of this project and what were the anticipated outcomes? (This is important in choosing a method or methods for evaluating the work of the project; you may simply reproduce suitable material from the project proposal if you choose.) 2. provide an outline of your planned training day by completing the table below. You can break down the afternoon and morning sessions into timeslots for particular activities and insert additional rows if you require. (You can if you wish copy and paste this template into your submission and complete the table as required.
