You should also expect and prepare for some brief questions from you teacher about the report you deliver. The following considerations should be aduessed in you report: 1) Brief background of the organisation 2) Overview of the remuneration and benefits plan and/or strategy a- Major elements of the strategy b- Aims of the strategy c- Remuneration and benefits options selected by the organisation d- What is being rewarded? e. Which employees are covered by the strategy? f- Does strategy mention if it is award based or EBA based? g- Are there any ethical considerations? 3) Explanation of how the remuneration and benefits strategy relates to the organisational strategy/business plan/operational plan 4) Does the strategy or plan comply with the NES? Give examples 5) Does it comply with legal aspects e-g- requirements of the ATO, superannuation, fringe benefits tax, etc-? Give examples 6) What recommendations you would suggest for improvement to the strategy, policy or remuneration options
