Description Identify a drug that appears on the Drug Enforcement Administration's schedule of drugs and explain the history of the regulation of that drug. Identify the demographic characteristics of those who are most likely to abuse or misuse that drug, and/or to be arrested for misuse of this drug. Apply a criminological theory to explain the abuse or misuse of this drug. Explain the efforts by the criminal justice system to prevent the abuse or misuse of this drug. Are these efforts sufficient? Finally, recommend what you believe ought to be the next steps relevant to the enforcement of that drug.
