Marketing plan ORGANIZATION part Company :Costco Marketing plan organization part. Requirement 1.    Existing Organization 2.    Any recommended Changes (New Position(s), Business Units etc.) For #2 we decided to do the bank of Costco for marketing plan. So for #2 you must have 1. organizational chart that shows how the Costco Corporation is structured (what departments they have, who reports to who, etc.) 2. organizational charts for other banks such as Bank of America, Chase, or Wells Fargo. 3. the chart for Walmart and see how their bank fits in. You may not use all the Charts that I required but I need them all so I can show these Charts to my group.
