Megatrends

Five “megatrends” are identified in the text in this module. They include: social media, cloud computing, the IoT
(Internet of Things), mobile technologies, and Big Data. These trends are said to have influenced e-commerce-
-but how? Briefly identify how each of these trends have influenced e-commerce, and provide a specific
example of each.
