Meno's paradox

What is Meno's paradox and how, in the Meno, does Plato have Socrates resolve it? To answer this question you should do the following. (A) Identify the premises and the conclusion of the paradox, and for each premise explain why one might think it is true. (B) State, as clearly as you can, the theory of recollection. (C) Explain how Socrates thinks that the theory of recollection can resolve Meno's paradox. In doing so refer to Socrates' conversation with the slave-boy. What premise of the paradox is the theory of recollection supposed to show is false, and how does it do so?
