Millennials in the workplace

There are now four generations in the workplace. Of these, my own generation, the millennials are causing changes in the workforce. With different beliefs and a generation who grew up with technology, things are shifting. More and more companies are adapting to the millennial generation. I would like to explore why this generation is so much different than the previous ones and why organizations are having to adapt.
