Modern women work-life balance

Modern women work-life balance Order Description Project research. 5000 words for essay and 900 for bibliography. I will include an example template which need to be used. Also - sources for bibliography are very important. These shouldn't be websites but rather more trusted sources like journals and books, statistics. Subject to be orientated around modern women life... successful young women not those who are employed for 16 hrs week and rely on council to raise her kids. i.e. how modern women balance work-family- personal time. This is project research paper - final work for University degree. The research project should be written around modern women in mind i.e. how they balance their life around family-work-studying. Obviously in this case studying is done by the third party - hahaha but let's not mention that, Perhaps you could touch base on history - how things used to be and what's changed. would be interesting to know perhaps how men nowadays rely on women to be breadwinners and thus women have to work harder to provide for family but also keep house life running i.e. cleaning, cooking ect. Also how women used to actively fight for equal rights and how this has now affected our life style. I also find that men rely on women in making decisions not only concerning to them but to family in general, kids education and so on when men come home from work and rest but expect women to care after kids, house and their husband. Lastly perhaps, how to improve life-work balance - what options there are for modern women. i.e. flexible working, child care?
