  Recently, a study was conducted to determine the most dangerous airports in the United States- The top five are: Chicago O’Hare - unsafe runway configurations Cleveland Hopkins - runway too short for rain and snow landings Los Angeles - several in-flight near misses during landing San Francisco - crossing runway encroachments, fog and weather incidents Honolulu - unsafe taxiways and poor runway lighting What happened?
