The report also has to look into the strengths and the weaknesses ,what kind of language used does it value or devalue service users. To consider looking into Mental Capacity Act ,Deprivation of Liberty, Detention policy,Mental Health Act and No Health without Mental Health. The report needs to examine closely on the policy is it effective ,how much it costs, where is the money coming from and is it wealth or not funding the policies or the cuts done to the policies.Does the policies clearly say how it will be fulfilled and can it be justified.
