This is such a wonderful movie and if you have never seen any of his work, I highly suggest you to do so.
There is another movie called River and Tides which is equally engaging. In light of some of our recent
readings as well as other movies and TED Talks, Andy Goldsworthy provides a unique but sophisticated
perspective on beauty and nature. Please make specific references to this film in attempting to synthesize it
with other concepts shared in the Aesthetics text as well as other course content. How might his perspective
align with certain theories? How does his work “contradict” them? How does your viewing of this film expand or
build upon your undestanding of art and an “aesthetic encounter”
