• Choose any one of the case studies presented in the module and discuss whether you agree or disagree with the decision of the parties involved and why.
• Consider the policy of multiculturalism and its many critics. Do you agree with the national unity or social structure proponents? Why?
• Discuss some of the problems with our current human rights legislation. Is it too far-reaching or too lax?
