Ignore any law against burning and assume they have a permit. [Meaning the gathering is legal].Can they do this? Is the legal? What if anything can be done, legally?
2.Roe v Wade in short says a woman can have an abortion up until the third trimester without the consent of the father. Should the father have a right to say no? Why does the father have financial obligations if he has no say in whether and abortion should happen? Does the fetus have a say? Stay away from religious arguments.
