Neuro Linguistic Programming within an organisation

Order Description I w talk and critically discuss about the advantage or not of introducing the practice of NLP for HR managers within organisations, if possible in Gulf Countries. I would like to focus my Literature Review on how HR mangers can use NLP to support an organisational change (could be management change, culture change...). If finding results will be an issue please contact me to discuss a change of topic. I need you to find an appropriate and catching title and 2 closely related questions to the title. I must have minimum 20 RELEVANT resources for my literature reviews. I will include more details, PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. It is not an essay, but a Businesss Research Proposal, no researches need actually to be done, it is just a presentation of what woud be done.
