Non creadited preparation for Mentorship course record of learning assessment task. Order Description Course work involve providing examples each areas according to NMC domains for mentors.I already done course work 8 domain is required each domain has to have 2 references. My work definitely needs improving ,needs checking for referencing guide againts University of Hertfordshire referencing guidelines (i have a copy of references guide) Domain 4 (evaluation of learning) i could dont find any examples to write. i did not understand what was asked.Could you also make sure each examples i gave is actually what was asked for , i found very tricky to relate.all domains approximately 1000 words
