Nursing - tools for practice development Order Description Task Description Students will write an academic paper on one (1) of the following practice development topics. I. Workplace Culture II. The Person Centred Framework The paper will explore the theoretical and practical underpinnings of the topic area and its relevance to their clinical context. The paper will demonstrate an understanding of Practice Development and CIP (Collaborative,Inclusive,Participatory) principles in relation to the chosen topic.
