Observation and action
1. Generate a mess-level "what-is" FCM by merging the constituent problem FCMs generated in your systemic. Ensure that you resolve any conflicts, spelling errors, etc. to avoid duplicate concept entries. This step is aided by the desktop version of Mental Modeler and the "merge" function resident within it. Include a depiction of your mess. 2. Calculate popularity and activity for ALL of the concepts in your mess-level FCM. 3. Prioritize your concepts and identify the top 10 highest prioritized concepts in your mess. 4. Evaluate three feasible scenarios for their performance (i.e., desirability) and discuss these scenarios. These could include currently available scenarios (i.e., your "what-is" FCM) or potential future scenarios (i.e., your "what-ought-to-be" FCM). Include graphics to illustrate time evolution of your scenario.
