Occupational hazards and risks

          As a Safety and Health Officer, you are required to peform a safety audit and inspection in order to comply with any act or regulations related to OSH as well as to ensure the safety of the workers and other persons at the workplace. Identify at least TEN (10) occupational hazards and risks that may present and suggest the counter measures by following the hierarchy of control. Prepare a report of your finding which will be presented in safety and health committee meeting of the said company later.
