Older Peer Mentoring among Gifted African American Male High School Students: A Qualitative Case Study Order Description The goal is to achieve the Concept Paper benchmark as quickly as possible so you can move on to the Proposal. The Concept Paper is normally between 10-12 pages total. Your document is more like a half Proposal. My suggestion is to revise Chapter 1 (suggestions attached) and to pare down Chapter 2 to submit as a Concept Paper. You can use the rest of the work you have done on the latter when you write the formal Proposal. The purpose of the Concept Paper is to give some structure to the Proposal and to provide your Committee with the basics of what you will be proposing. If you go in the wrong direction and go too far, you may have done an extensive amount of work for nothing. Again, that it why I am recommending that you pare down the chapter and submit it, with the revised Chapter 1, as a Concept Paper.
