You are suggested to identify a recently completed or on going project and you should include following in the report 1. An outline of the organization structure and your comments,/observation on its effectiveness for quality,safety performance in project delivery 2. A summary on any project innovations, best practices, contributing to : enchancing project performance or resolving issue in that project
