Online Infidelity Considerations and Treatment

  Develop a slideshow presentation as a training for other practitioners in the field. Be sure to include research from the last 5 years (your choice of Prezi or Microsoft PowerPoint) that address the issues of online infidelity. Specifically, focus on the following questions: How is online infidelity similar to or different from offline infidelity? What treatment considerations do you believe are most helpful when working with online infidelity clients? Please include the new research on this topic. Is there such a thing as online infidelity? If it is online, can it be considered as cheating? Is online sex addiction considered as infidelity? Is pornography use considered as infidelity? How might your responses to these questions affect the way you treat clients? What are the current trends in treatment? Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
