1. Provide a real life company example to five different types of organizational structures (simple, functional, multidivisional, and matrix structures). Please provide a rationale for your examples. 2. Research a hostile takeover in the past 5 years and examine the long-term impact on the firm’s stock market performance. Was the takeover beneficial or harmful for shareholders? 3. Give an example to a leader who acts in a pre-conventional level of moral reasoning; conventional level of moral reasoning and post-conventional level or moral reasoning. Provide an example to a CEO who took an action in providing a solution to a social problem. Define that particular social problem and explain the company’s role in providing the solution for that problem.

2.Interviewing the Family health patterns

Select a family to complete a family health assessment. Before interviewing the family, develop three open-ended, family-focused questions for each of the following health patterns: Values, Health Perception Nutrition Sleep/Rest Elimination Activity/Exercise Cognitive Sensory-Perception Self-Perception Role Relationship Sexuality Coping After interviewing the family, compile the data and analyze the responses. In 800-1,250 words, summarize the findings for each functional health pattern for the family you have selected. Identify two wellness problems based on your family assessment.
