    In this module, we have discussed organizational design along with its structures and roles. For this discussion, imagine yourself starting your own business. Explain what type of business you are starting and what some of the first steps you will take when creating your business. After you decide on your first steps, how would you design your organization's structure? How will you know if you designed your organization effectively?
