Organizational Leadership Course Reflections Paper Order Description The reflections paper provides an opportunity for you to reflect over the OL program and project experience. It can be viewed as a narrative exit interview where you can articulate about the learning process and those influences that impacted you during the program. Here are guidelines for writing the reflections paper: •4-6 pages in length, double spaced •Does not need to be in APA form •Half of the paper should reflect on the project experience and the learning that resulted from the experience (what you learned about the research process, decision making, the organization, your topic, etc.) •Half of the paper should reflect on the OL program experience (learning process, impact on your life personally and/or professionally, relationship to instructors, etc.)
