The Project Management Institute (2017), in section 11.1.3.1, defines the Risk Management Plan as containing some or all of the following elements:
Risk strategy
Methodology
Roles and responsibilities
Funding
Timing
Risk categories
For your final Portfolio Project, you will write a paper detailing the entire Risk Management Planning process. You will include a discussion and analysis of
terms learned throughout this course. Your paper should describe each phase of the process; how it is planned; and any inputs, tools and techniques, and
outputs that can be applied. Your Portfolio Project should demonstrate your critical thinking abilities, your knowledge of risk management systems, and your
ability to apply risk management practices and tools. This will be submitted in Module 8. This week, you will submit your paper outline for a grade.
