Overcoming Effects of the Separation of Mental vs Physical Health Care System

For a variety of reasons, the mental health care system in the United States has developed separately from the physical health care system.     Make, and defend, at least three practical suggestions for overcoming the effects of this separation and improving the health status of all Americans.
