Palliative Care Intervention/ Acute hospital care for people with dementia

Order Description There are numerous interventions that would improve the experience of a person dying from dementia and their families such as palliative/hospice/acute hospital care. What are the the strengths and weaknesses of these interventions that do work well. What are the main challenges to these types of care in those settings.
