1 – Write a mission statement using these three togather: 1. The first is to provide pregnant women with superb gym facilities to ensure that they are fit. 2. The second is organizing women talks, seminars, and consultation services that deal with pregnant women, food, and health matters. 3. The third is providing access to children clothing and other products. -Pursuing all the three objectives will make Parenting & Health a household brand when it comes to walking with women through pregnancy. To conclude a mission statement 2- Write a 3 key objectives 3- LEGAL and TECHNICAL ASPECTS of the BUSINESS: a. Describe at least 2-3 of the local and national laws that will impact and apply to your business. Describe how your business will abide by and adopt specific laws that are relevant to your business. For example: Equal Employment or Equal Opportunity Law; or Sharia Law (aspects of Sharia Law). b. Discuss how your business will deal with the following legal items if these are relevant: Intellectual Property; Trademarking; Franchising; and any other legal aspects. c.
