Patient Medical Profile

    Submit a medical profile on your selected patient (or case study) that includes the following: ‘I.Physical Exam: Describe the physical examination in an organized written format that you would use in the medical record (See handout for guidance). 2.Describe current pertinent positive and negative laboratory and diagnostic tests, not just those related to the diabetes- related complication topic chosen. 3.Provide an interpretation of abnormal findings with literature references published within the last 5 years. liProvide your rationale for your interpretation of subjective data from history, review of systems, and objective data from physical assessment, laboratory, and diagnostic findings. 5.Use evidence-based medicine in your rationale for your interpretation of the literature and patient findings.
