PDCA Professional Development Tool   Order Description   The idea of this paper is based on professional development in the field of nursing. We are expected to choose a specific skill of professional development that we feel we need to work on and write a paper that outlines a plan of how we will accomplish the improvement of said skill. The skill that I've chosen is the example that's given in the directions: Improving my communication skills as a nursing leader. And the outcome I am trying to achieve is to become more assertive when interacting with healthcare professionals and other nursing leaders.   note: *The actual body of the paper needs to only be 4 to 6 pages. *We are required a minimum of 3 references that are from American peer reviewed nursing journals - the attached "workbook" is allowed *The peer reviewed nursing journal articles must be 5 years older or less - the attached "workbook" is the only exception to that rule.
