This assignment is a portfolio report for people and organisation model (the format is attached) that consist of three patches with introduction and conclusion:

*Introduction:
1.1    Purpose of Report
1.2    Outline Structure
max 200 words

*Patch One: At least 9 references based on Harvard System
(Attached the two articles, patch one tasks and journal summary sheet format)
2.1 Journal article comparison based on the first patch. Show that you have addressed the weaknesses in each article.
First Patch (Organisational Behaviour: Culture)
Task- Total approximately 1500 words (this without summery sheet) (you can go over this in the draft exercise)
1. Complete the attached journal summary sheet for each journal article and attach as an appendix.
2. Explain the methodology used in each article, stating the key differences between the two methods.
3. Explain the main conclusions of each article, with appropriate references.
4. Critically explain the similarities and differences between the two articles.

*Patch two: At least 11 references based on Harvard System
(Attached the 7 articles and patch two tasks)
3.1 Essay based on the seven articles we examined for patch 2. Again, address the weakness you identified.
Your Task (1700 words overall, although you may adjust this word count in your final assignment)
•Critically examine the benefits that effective HR practices can bring to an organisation.
Present your answer as an essay.
You should  source some of your own readings.
Use the skills you developed in Patch One, in order to first understand the key issues raised in the papers (you may wish to use the journal review template provided in Patch One), then critically compare the articles in order to produce a consistent and well referenced answer.

*Patch Three: At least 16 references based on Harvard System
(Attached the theories list to be used in this patch, note related to the patch three, articles, patch three tasks and Case- Transformation at the Universal  Manufacturers Group [UMG] )
5.1 What are your key learning points from the preceding discussion?
5.2 What skills do you need to develop?
Your Task (1800 words overall, although you may adjust this word count in your final assignment)
1.Critically evaluate the key problems faced by the manager in the new combined UMGUK businesses.
2.How might they create high performance working to encourage effective employee engagement across the business?
[Support your answer with reference to relevant HR, organisation behaviour theories and models, and make appropriate recommendations.]

*Conclusion:
5.1 What are your key learning points from the preceding discussion?
5.2 What skills do you need to develop?
5.3 Future Plan: What future/ further development is needed for you to succeed in later assignments?

*Reverence List:
(At least 36 references for the whole assignment based on Harvard system)

*Appendix:
the attached journal summary sheet for each journal article from Patch One.
Additional information- tables, diagrams, cases and examples

Note:
*All related class notes, each patch tasks, articles for patches one and two, journal summary sheet, guidance for patch three, articles recommended for patch three but not excluded for these articles only and the portfolio format will be attached.
*Total words should be 6000 for the three patches with introduction and conclusion. Moreover 1000 word for the journal summary sheets.
