1. Draft the MEMOs for the section and insure that the information are reviewed by the CMO /signed and submitted to the section concerned.2. Summarize, prepare and disseminate the minutes of the section's meetings.3. Provide advice and guidance to the staff members with respect to administrative procedures, entitlements and conditions of service.4. Organize and maintain up-to-date the Medical Section files, both hard and soft copies.
