What was challenging to you about your personal challenge and why was it challenging? Giving a short motivation speech was a challenge. Since am now part of The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS.org) working on my leadership skills. I was asked to engage in community development. Since, my desire has always been to help and volunteer in community development. I work with nonprofit organizations like SWOGA and JEFF. I was once asked to give a motivation speech.
